TFGA welcomes C.H. Smith development proposal

16 February 2016

As a long-term neighbour of the C.H. Smith Building in Charles Street, Launceston, the Tasmanian Farmers and Graziers Association (TFGA) has welcomed and embraced the proposed development by Scott Curran and Errol Stewart.

“The C.H. Smith site has been an eyesore on the wonderful face of Launceston for many years now,” TFGA President Wayne Johnston said.

“We are supportive of the proposed development and very disappointed to see such a sound proposal being held up by unwarranted objections to the Resource Management and Appeals Tribunal.”
