The TFGA’s Environmental Policy Council is the peak body representing Tasmanian farmers on environmental policy issues. The TFGA Environmental Policy Council consists of a diverse and comprehensive group of TFGA members from throughout Tasmania who represent the various Standing Committees. Each member plays a critical role in supporting the Committee in its role as representative to environmental issues within TFGA.

The TFGA’s Environmental Policy Council’s main objective is to protect the interests of environmental issues and developing policies as well as formulating strategic policies and decisions, both on State and Federal levels.
