	ChemCert The TFGA has entered into an arrangement with the Institute of TAFE Tasmania (Natural Resources – Agriculture – Burnie) who will now provide all secretariat services in relation to ChemCert, including reaccreditation. For more information click here.

	FarmBis The FarmBis program provides financial assistance to primary producers and land managers who are undertaking training in business and natural resource management. For more information on FarmBis, visit www.farmbis.gov.au and click on the map of Tasmania.

ATV Training	The reduction in serious and fatal accidents involving ATV's since the TFGA announced of a combined industry initiative of an accredited education training and assessment programme in 2004 is pleasing to note. For more information on the accredited training initiative click here.

Agriculture Career's Week TFGA has combined its Cropping a Career, Taste of Dairying and Working for Wool Programs and added Meating the Challenge to the mix to create Agriculture Career's Week. This amalgamation of projects into a single agriculture career's week enables students to experience a wider spectrum of the agricultural sector in a more efficient manner - which should also increase the interest shown by students. Discussions have commenced in order to put the 2008 program together.
